Cannelure vs Seating depth

stuck case
RCBS 223 sizing/decapping die LC 223 brass lubed the case it slid right in I had to use a little more force to push the primer out (mil crimp) nothing excessive and when i went to lift on the handle the flange just pulled through the shell holder. How do i go about removing the stuck case... -
