Just get the inspection done before doing anything preemptively.
-Best case you pass and can leave it on.
-Worst case they fail you, you have to remove it, then get reinspected for free.
What tint percentage is it?
Hey all,
I'm joining a family friend tonight for the monthly meeting at 12th Precinct in Harwood...my folks got me a membership for my b-day, woot!
I understand I have to stand up and introduce myself, which is no biggy, but anything else I need to do or bring with me?
If anyone will...
Sounds good, I don't have anything that will penetrate it (9mm, 17hmr, 12 ga), but a friend is bringing an AR and Mosin! :party29:
Yup, whatever is left will come back with me...to the dumpster at the office. :innocent0
Thanks for confirming, see everyone tomorrow! :draw:
I think I know the answer, but can we bring old (empty) 20lb propane tanks as targets? If needs be they can be at the 200-300 berms.
The local handistore has a bunch and they get charged $5 to have them removed...I'll make 'em a deal they can't refuse. :D
That was actually the main reason/excuse...my folks' get g'hogs at their farm from time to time. Groundhog burrows and horses legs don't mix,
that and a few years back one little rat excavated out a portion of the barn foundation. We can't have that either.
Hey all,
Picked up a target/varmint rifle last week used (Thanks, Steve). I was a little wary about the 17 HMR but it's pretty damn sweet...it's not as cheap as .22, but I like the velocity of the .17 and don't shoot a ton so the $10 per 50 is no sweat.
Also, anyone...
Got an email from Midway about 40% off a $40 range bag, and I need one badly:
Midway: Competition Range Bag
Does anyone have this one or other Midway bags, worth the ~$30? Thanks.
I'm in the same boat re magazines. My dad dug up his old Llama .32 in a box of stuff...unfortunately he can't find the magazine(s) and wants to buy one. I figure a mag or two and a case of ammo would make a good xmas present. :party29:
I posted on it awhile back and found a site that sells...

I work within .22lr range of 3rd-go-around and a stones throw from The Armory. :innocent0
Have always liked guns, owned a few when younger, got back into them last year with a Sig pistol and...
Those who went out there this afternoon (Fri), please post back with your inputs this evening.
I'm strongly leaning towards passing on this one, as there is nothing i need that can't wait til Feb when things have (hopfully) calmed down a bit.
Having said that, I was considering heading...
