It's not a paint job, the polymer is molded in the grey color. It is a form1 suppressor, with a mixture of parts. It has a DM 3-lug adapter, SDTA Ti threaded tube, and a Super precision concepts endcap. I used Ti valve spring retainers that I machined for the baffles.
I picked up this Battleship Grey Scorpion pistol about a month ago and it's quickly becoming one of my favorites.
It has HBI duckbill mag release, AK safeties, and charging handle, Gear head works Tailhook kit on the CZ factory folder, Apex Tactical pistol grip, Inforce WMLx on a...
I rotated 5x GL 15 PMAGs through a 2 day handgun class where I put roughly 800 rounds through them. They ran perfectly, so I would definitely trust my life with them. I also have some of the GL 17 PMAGs that don't have as many rounds through them, but have functioned flawlessly as well. If I had...
This optic really intrigued me when I saw pictures of it at SHOT show. This is a derivative of the J-Point optic, but with an aluminum chassis and a slide out battery tray. The really selling point of this optic for me was that it is able to cowitness with stock height sights. So you don't need...
There is no Glock mag block for a standard AR15 lower. The only mag blocks for those utilize a Colt magazine. If you want a Glock fed AR 9, you need to go with a dedicated Glock lower.
I'm not a Glock armorer or smith, just a hardcore hobbyist. I don't mind doing the 2 minute job of swapping the connector for you if you're local to me.
I have shot a few different loads of JHP though my Colt pattern 9mm AR without any issue. I've put 124g and 147g HST in std load and +P, and some cheap winchester 115g std load. I would not hesitate to use it in a home defense role if needed, it has run pretty much flawlessly even when the bolt...
Vortex Venoms have been holding up extremely well on reciprocating slides. Plus with their lifetime warranty and terrific customer service its easy to get a replacement if it fails.
I use Magpul Glock mags for strictly training and range time. They have been pretty much flawless for me so far. I am doing a two day class at the end of the month and I am running my Glock 19 and Walther PPQ, so I should get at least about 400 hard rounds through the Pmags then.

These will work with a standard 9mm bolt just fine. I have a CMMG ramped bolt in my Colt 9mm setup and it works perfectly.
I made the trek down to Engage to have a pair of Titanium Form1 suppressor tubes engraved and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work and just how freaking cool it was to watch it being done. It was my first interaction with Nate and the staff there and I have to say it was...
Thanks for the input. I assume that back pressure would be the deciding factor for if the mouse holes are needed and used to tune the amount of gas blow back wanted or needed?
If not for this thread, I wouldn't have even attempted this or even thought of trying it, thanks for that!
Question: Since you've built a few of these solvent trap suppressors, is it worth doing any modifications to the baffles? ie: clips, mouse holes etc... or is a standard plug formed and...
Form1 suppressor built using SDTA muzzle break/Ti tube/ends, and formed stainless steel FPs using the J&S Tactical forming tool. I have only shot it at an indoor range so far but it sounds pretty damn quiet with subs. The real test will be when I get it outdoors and without hearing protection. I...
I agree, I bought an early SR22 Pistol and it's been flawless. I easily have over 10k rounds of federal and winchester bulk pack through it. The only time I have issues with it, is when it's extremely dirty I get an occasional failure to feed.
