      asking for assistance - riveting

      I have this weekend free and was wondering if anyone could let me use their riveting jig and drill press. I need to drill the trunnion holes (front and rear), and rivet the front trunnion and trigger guard in. I can do the rest myself. I can compensate with beer/chicken/food/chicken/cash.

      AK building tools

      Due to my low post count this may seem a little suspect, but since I'm not asking for a "build party" on incomplete receivers I think any alarms of stirring up questionable activity can be lowered... I have some kits, barrels, and COMPLETED 100% receivers (purchased, transferred before ban)...

      I've been searching for a while and asking around... Will it be legal to put together an AK with an AK (registered, 100%) receiver purchased before Oct 1?       Transfer regulated firearm before paperwork comes in

      I want to sell a regulated firearm to my friend that I bought not too long ago. I still haven't received the ND. Can he put the paperwork in for the transfer for this firearm before I receiver my ND?
