      As I understand DC has constitutional open carry now, and concealed carry will have to be created as of today. Why does the court rule on dc and Chicago but not md? How can the court refuse this case law precise ntthat has pprevailed?

      I just set up a NFA trust, and got some transfer prices Freds sports $150 Accurate firearms in loveville $150 Bobs Sunoco $50 Im not sure the lady at bobs knows what transfers cost since she replied ..."umm I think 50 bucks" who else does transfers for a reasonable sum?

      Does Annapolis meeting mean delay in Oct 1 ban?

      The email I recieved from the NRA leeds me to believe this is might be md delaying the law beacause of MSP backlog and Them not ready to issue HQL's on time. Does anyone else get this vibe? It also said something about adding a live fire requirement.. what says the hive?

      Called MSP they quoted 100+ days

      This is unreal. They said 80 days won't cover the backup. He said do not expect a response utill after 100 days. WTF!!! Good thing my ffl releases early.

      Went to local MSP barracks for a transfer and..........

      I was doing a transfer from person to person and I engaged in some small talk with the duty officer. He tells me after October 1, There will be no more transfers at any barracks Person to Person. He also stated that Md paperwork for handguns will be all electronic and not paper based anymore...

      KSG shotgun in md ?

      come Oct 1 what will happen ? I already have a deposit on one now with receipt, will I be able to pick up if after OCT 1 ? It has two 7 round magazines, no one mag holds more than 10, magazine tubes must be switched via a switch. where does law stand with KSG ?
