      As I understand DC has constitutional open carry now, and concealed carry will have to be created as of today. Why does the court rule on dc and Chicago but not md? How can the court refuse this case law precise ntthat has pprevailed?

      Im very upset. I dont want to delay a 10 month process another month due to not knowing how to handle the transfer. Honestly Im afraid if they make a mistake I may somehow be liable later on. Time to eject and go with a reputable NFA retailer.

      I spoke to them today. They made one as a prototype with off the shelf parts. Then they submitted it to MSP. He stated when the parts come in, and they get a final cost, they will post availability and price on Facebook. I will be waiting for that update.
