      Is a KSG regulated

      I just bought a KSG from someone out of state for my wife. Is it regulated? It will be in to my FFL Tuesday and didn't know if we had to endure another 40 day wait or get to bring it straight home. TI know pumps aren't bit it has a pistol grip and hold 15 rounds so I wasn't sure.
