MULTI-JURISDICTION (DC, MD & VA) CCP CLASS

I got nothing, but the order page now shows the order which was all I was looking for from the email anyway, so I'm good to go. Thanks (and apologies for pestering you guys here instead of through customer support)

MULTI-JURISDICTION (DC, MD & VA) CCP CLASS

Been trying for a week to book 2 seats for the multi-jurisdictional class but it keeps taking me to the home page, which I guess means it's full. I'm fine to just keep checking back, but is there a number I can call, or any other way to sign up for the next available class? Thanks!

If you're referring to the multi-jurisdictional class, it's two 8 hour classes totaling 16 hours

      Beretta May Leave Maryland

hvymax nailed it. Beretta's just not physically capable of moving all at once. They have a ton invested in Accokeek, and that facility is at full capacity producing M9s, for which they cannot miss a single delivery. In order to move the place, which I believe they will within 10 years, they...

      Beretta May Leave Maryland

They'll probably be moving eventually. From the guys I know that work at Beretta, they are definitely moving, they just don't have the capacity to interrupt the M9 delivery schedule and up and move like Magpul can. The M9 schedule basically requires that the Accokeek location be operating at...

      New 77R Forms

Yeah, that jives with what I'm reading too -- I've just seen so many comments like "Glad that doesn't apply to existing gun owners" and such... and wasn't sure if that meant something different, or if everybody just up and decided that nobody was buying handguns after 10/1.

For anyone that was wondering about my situation..

I dunno about the old 77Rs, but the language on the new ones (as proposed) is "Are you the respondent against whom a current non ex parte civil protective order has been entered under §4-506 of the Family Law Article, or against whom an order for protection as defined in 4-508.1 of the Family...

      New 77R Forms

I've saw those earlier, and browsing around other conversations on here, it seems like people think having a handgun exempts you from the need for the HQL. According to this (and something I heard when the debates were still going on), it seems like the "official" interpretation is that you...

      Beretta May Leave Maryland

I dunno. That's kind of how I read it at first, but at the same time, that was just the reporter's interpretation. We should know officially as soon as MOM signs the bill, because that's when they're statement is prepared for. The satellite office only makes sense. It'll be a long, slow...

      Beretta May Leave Maryland

Hey! An actual update -- even though it doesn't really say anything, this is at least NEW news. http://www.guns.com/2013/04/16/as-maryland-bill-looks-certain-beretta-faces-tough-decision/

      how to boycott

It's technically not bootlegging if you don't make a profit from it, but it's still piracy. As a form of civic disobedience, this one seems like kind of a stretch.

Latest story - 6 week wait

So long as you have "verifiable purchase orders" for those firearms, there's nowhere in the text that specifies a limit. In theory at least, if you won the lottery tomorrow, you could spend it all on firearms and they would all be grandfathered under SB-281, even if you weren't able to...

Your Computer Science teacher is wrong. If you have to enter the same thing more than twice the UI sucks. The code could be just fine. ;-) Regardless, yeah, they'd have to implement some kind of service bus to bridge the 17 different databases or, y'know, they could have just passed the...
