      You just want to make excuses. Its been made public now that the letter was from Tim Ortell ( a partner at Atlantic) but he was acting as a private citizen that sent the email.

      Is Tim Ortell even a MD instructor? I dont see him coming up when searched? If thats the case we have someone who is a partner of a business in MD that teaches MD classes (and others which he can teach here) who isnt a Md instructor telling a senator what he PERSONALLY thinks Md instructors...

      The "letter" was sent by McKey in an email Im sure it was an email to him, no letter head is on it. I doubt there was to begin with. Lets see how the person answers my questions if he does.. They were simple.. they were... Please tell us what the intent of it is here. No need for phone calls...

      Im sure it will be =... unless they decided to make it where MSP gives the test and then they only give it once a week from 3-4 pm on a Friday at the licensing headquarters.... Come to think of it thats probably more restrictive so thats probably what MGA would want.

      So FYI, the 40 hours is NOT in the bill at this time.. It was giving to a Senator and was told by 1 organization that instructors felt like this training was needed he was led to believe that lots of instructors felt this way which even if not in the bill they are giving MD more ideas to use...

      $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ should i say anymore??? said instructor is one of the only people in MD who can teach a 40 hour course that does everything on that list and is the only instructor that I know of who has it already (im sure there are more)

      He does, he’s the only person that I know of in Md who has had the training he feels everyone needs… it’s MAG40 Training class couple grand just to take the class.. a week long money to stay where the training is so on and so forth.

      @kenpo333 Is trying to flex that he took the MAG40 class and if this passes he will be I believe the only instructor in Md who has it. He IMO is as bad as the jackass Senator from MoCo (I refuse to say his name). This law would hurt more Maryland gun owners then the one the red head put...

      IMO we really need to show renters that these people just gave landlords so much power. With the bill they are allowing land lords the right to ban anything inside the rental. Landlord doesn’t like alcohol well they can claim private property rights now.
