Saw an ad/video on the book of faces about a company, Phoenix Weaponry, that has put out an AR 15 chambered in 45-70. This interests me a greatly as all the thumper ARs are in special large calibers and 45-70 has been around forever and not so much a special purpose round.
This beast is...
In addition to MDS I used to frequent m14forum but since I haven't been on in a long time I forgot my password...so just lurked for a few minutes. Anyway I caught a thread title that interested me called m14 PSL stock. The guy got one and the stock looked badass. The company is called Three...
Anyone have one of these? Buck/Strider 880 with ATS34 tanto blade. It isn't a new knife. Carried one for a number of years and thought it was a big pocket knife. Too heavy for some shorts/lightweight pants but tough as nails. I have the 880 and 881 mini strider. Cool and I think underrated...
Looking for a used or beat up M14/M1A USGI fiberglass stock, doesn't matter what color or shape it's in. Spring cleaning is coming and I know there's a closet with a no longer needed stock sitting in it somewhere on here! I've got cash, ammo and other goodies to trade, let me know what you've...
Does anyone on here have any knowledge of what these are going for these days? I have the opportunity to pick one of the up, new in the box (no rifle mounted in it yet) and was told to "make a reasonable offer". I honestly don't know what a reasonable offer would be considering that all of the...
I'm searching for an M1A1 Bush rifle stock. Basically the walnut folding stock for the M14/M1A rifle. I was offered first dibs on one but when the gentleman told me what he wanted for it I about had a stroke! I know they are out there and some of you may even have one in the closet or know...
I'm having no luck with my google fu on this topic and would like to hear from you guys about knives you know of. I am looking for a large spring assisted tanto folding knife that is larger than the typical blades offered. I had a Gerber FAST06 with a 3.something inch blade, it broke and then...
Are pistol grip only shotgun still legal to buy in Maryland? I have a project in mind that requires one and was recently told by a gun store owner/operator that they are a no no now.
I've been wanting one of the 14" mossbergs that was being built by Lord Chad and since they are on hold I got to messing around in my garage. The Raptor grip (birdshead grip) I had seen on shockwave technologies site was cool but I was tired of buying things without trying it first... so I...
I posted this in the AR-15 thread but wanted to know what you all think. I needed to blacken the OD green hand guards on my dissipator upper and wanted to do something like caution stripes. The green wasn't gonna cut it on the black lower I put together. So this is what I wound up with after...
Ok so who grabbed one of the deals that Palmetto State Armory had this weekend. I was holding out but then they released the blem uppers section on Friday night and I caved. I ended up getting a 14.7" CHF HPT/MPI M4a1 stripped blem upper for $319 and a premium BCG also HPT/MPI for $109.
After October 1st when I/we get a HQL will the 7 day wait period still be in effect? My thinking is the background check and long wait for the license will negate the need for the wait. If this has been discussed I'm sorry to revisit this, couldn't find it with the search puzzle.
Does anyone remember a business called National Match or something like that in Carroll County. It was on Alicia Linesboro road I believe, the guy sold Garands, M1 carbines and other military surplus rifles not a storefront so it may have been a know somebody who has his business card thing...
I don't deal with or own any NFA items, yet. Saw this on Shockwave Technologies website. It's a Mossberg 500 with a 14 inch barrel, Raptor pistol grip and tactical forend with strap. If anyone can decipher the part about it not being an NFA item please explain. It seems like a technicality...
So when I buy my adcor lower from Bollinger's and pick it up on the 8th day, when could I get another handgun or regulated firearm? I'm guessing 30 days from the day I "receive" the purchase but don't know.
Would a factory built sbr (SLR-106UR) be the same $250 tax stamp as one built by an individual or would it only be a $5 tax stamp being factory built as an sbr?
