      According to the MDSP's 2014 Dealer Seminar, the dealer must see the actual Designated Collector Letter on official MDSP letterhead. This was news to all 100+ dealers in the room as we'd all just been accepting the customer's word for it.

      It can be a huge problem. You want to make sure you are only taking pics of your guests and have no one else in the picture. They take it very seriously as technically you need permission first. You most likely won't get hassled if you do it quickly.
