HQL and CCW license
i have carry permit for the state of md. but when going through the app process on msp website it says nothing about having a permit for maryland will get your a hql at no cost. please advise- ron2shel

Don't be a puppet!
because msp doesn't take the old finger print cards anymore, they only take livescan finger prints and the cost for that is around 60 dollars.- ron2shel

Whatever happened to the applications of pre-stay permit filers?
i got a letter in the mail from msp yesterday stating i had 30 days to bring them a g&s reason or my app would be denied. Turn app in pre-stay. msp stated they couldn't hold the apps any longer.- ron2shel
