      Awesome. I just got one of my buddies into this and he bought a 686 onyx this morning and is off shooting with it right now. So jealous!

      Alas, I've got an out of town commitment for Sunday. Otherwise weather-wise it'd be great. I shot my first sporting clays in TX last weekend and it was glorious.

      If she does live on Mt Royal then she's delusional. Yes it's a segregated city, at least in that neighborhood, but when I lived in that same place a few years back I clearly recall this incident...

      Trap, new addiction?

      I've totally caught the clays bug. I joined Loch Raven a few weeks ago. Shot 2 rounds of trap on Wednesday and bought 2 flats of target loads. Can't wait to try out all the SC courses and hopefully meet some more MDS sportsmen.

      I'll send you a PM when I get a better idea of the weather. I'm staunchly fairweather for shotgun sports :-D Lots to do on this particular Sunday, and I'm nowhere near ready for 100 rounds of SC, but come springtime... Yikes!

      I'm thinking about trying to get there on Wednesday lunch, or early Thursday ( with them opening at 10 ). I joined this week. Oh and nice write up. SC seems like a fun thing to do....when its warm out!
