      Carrying a Rifle in a peaceful mannor...legal?

      I can tell you that there is no state law against this, but there are a lot of local ordinances that prevent this. Where I work (Baltimore City), open carrying a long gun carries a penalty of 60 days.

      I worked for Barry for 3 years when he was a Delegate and I was in college. He's a great guy, and a great Senator/Delegate, but he's not very big on gun legislation, which cuts both ways.

      Question #2: I've been looking at optics mounts for my rifle. I see a lot of the mounts depend on the rifle having a side rail on the receiver. I don't believe this version of the AK has that rail. Am I wrong, or do I simply not see it? I googled "AK-47 side rail," but all it comes up with...
