      CCW Recommendations for Mom

      You aunt sounds very similar to my mom. I will check out your recommendations. I was considering a shotgun just for the ease of clearing the door in case of an intrusion.

      CCW Recommendations for Mom

      Good morning, all. I am looking for recommendations for a good all around defense gun for my mother. She is recently widowed, but still quite spry at 71 years of age, and still looking to set out in her RV on her own. The interwebs are loaded with Top 5's of this and that, but thought I'd see...

      Utah Permit Renewal... WTH??

      This thread popped back up, and just thought I'd provide an update; I did as recommended, and renewed online with no issues. I received my new permit 10-14 days later. Thanks, all.

      Hidden in plain sight. I guess I lost my mind before I read it more carefully. Thanks, guys!

      Utah Permit Renewal... WTH??

      So, I received my Utah Permit Renewal in the mail the other day, and it states that due to a rules change in 2011, that if I hold a nonresident Utah Permit, I must hold a Permit in my state of residence in order to renew. I've seen where others have renewed with no issue as of April of this...

      On NPR this morning;

      I never really am in a spot to listen to it out my way on weekends. I'll mainly listen on my way to work during the week. However, if I'm ever in the area during the weekend, I'll be sure to check it out. Thanks!

      On NPR this morning;

      Yeah, Yeah... I know... it's NPR. For the record, I listen here and there to hear what "the other side" says about things. I found it interesting that they reported that Carry Permits being up 3 fold on a National Level, and didn't even put a negative spin on it. While I know it is a...

      In search of competition ammo.

      Olympic Trap & Skeet. Requirement is under 24.5 gram. I've found some good prices online, but the shipping is ridiculous.

      In search of competition ammo.

      I'm looking for ammo for my step-son that shoots competitively, and is required to have a certain load. Does anyone know where I can find a flat of 2 3/4" 12 ga. #7.5 Lead, 7/8 Ounce, with a higher velocity, 1350 preferable. It's hard enough to find online, but thought maybe some of you guys...

      3/23. Excuses, excuses, redeem yourselves

      Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly should you include in an email? Are there certain keywords, etc. that should be touched on that will be attention getters? Some of it is obvious, but I thought maybe it might be good to get a general consensus of what we're going after.
