      1966 is when handgun sales were required to have background checks in MD. 1993 the law was passed for private sale background checks for handguns.

      Under MD law, I think that your trust can create a secondary trust, as long as the beneficiary stays the same. the trustees can differ, but not the beneficiaries. The secondary trust could have a shorter name.

      the block is what holds the barrel to the receiver. it is the only mechanical retention in the design. It is a must have part. Can you post a picture of the assembly?
