      Victory in MSI HQL suit

That was my Screw Frosh treat to myself in the summer of 2013. Rattle my cage if you get down this way and we'll turn some money into noise and smoke.

      Victory in MSI HQL suit

Y'all could have seen my smile from Texas when I read this great news. I am so happy for all my brothers and sisters stuck in the PRM. I hope this is just a first step on undoing all the foolishness of FSA 2013.

Supreme Court remits MD assault weapons ban back to lower courts in light of Bruen vs. NY ruling

Listening in from Texas with fingers crossed for my MD brothers and sisters. Been a bit since I heard so much BS spewed by the State of Maryland and I don't miss it much.

MSI volunteers: Timonium gun show,15-16 Oct

Some of my fondest memories of working for gun rights in Maryland are of the hours spent at the MSI booth at a gun show. Talking with gun owners about gun rights in a building full of guns? Can it get any better?

How many have applied in MD since Bruen Opinion?

God bless you, sir! Curious as to the market for Maryland permits in Texas. Hard enough to talk some folks into the minimal troubles of getting a Texas LTC since we've gone permitless.

MSI volunteers: Timonium gun show, 9-10 July

It has been a few years since I had the pleasure of working the MSI table at a Maryland gun show. If you have never done so, you are in for a fun time. Talking to gun owners at a gun show about one of the top gun rights groups in the state isn't "working." With the recent SCOTUS decision, you...

NYC CCW case is at SCOTUS!

You are quite welcome. I will add that the names carried by the various signs, 30.06, 30.07, and 30.05, refer to the section of the penal code which gives them force of law. Never underestimate the power of a legicritter to mess with your rights.

NYC CCW case is at SCOTUS!

Here in Texas, property owners have a choice of several restrictions on carry. One, the 30.06 sign, prohibits concealed carry by a license holder. A 30.07 sign prohibits Open Carry but allows concealed. A 30.05 sign prohibits unlicensed or permitless carry. One problem we have faced is anti-gun...

NYC CCW case is at SCOTUS!

Just dropping in from Texas to wish all the best to my Maryland brothers and sisters on this momentous occasion. Will hoist a cold Shiner in celebration.

      Big #2A Day in TX

Thrilled to see so many steps being taken to reclaim our firearms rights here. Not so thrilled to watch a bunch of RINO Butters like those seated at the table posing like it was all their doings which brought Texas to where she is today.

      TX ConCarry moving forward...

Abbott did the "Official" signing today and will still hold a celebratory ceremony at the Alamo tomorrow. The public will not be admitted and the invitations to some of the 2A groups here seem to have been "lost in the mail." Pretty sure that Texas State Rifle Association will be represented by...

And Lt. Dan chimes in: "AUSTIN – Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick issued this statement today announcing that a full agreement has been reached on House Bill 1927: “I congratulate Rep. And a bit premature, as it still needs to be voted on in both chambers, but very positive statement from Senator Charles Schwertner, chair of the Senate side of the conference committee: "Texas has fulfilled the promise of our founding documents by finally restoring the right of law-abiding...
