    IIRC:

(VD): Because of and since the FSA 2013 was enacted, straw purchases are down, murders are down, and Maryland is safer. And Marylanders support it, and it works.

Re concealed carry for self defense, the difference between the lives of people who carry a lot of cash and those who don't is that because... because... because... Well, because. Marylanders support the law, and it works.

Also, the powerful Maryland gun lobby "failed" to bring the issue to a referendum because the people of MD favor the law. And it didn't even challenge the HQL requirement.

As to Hogan, he said (incorrectly I believe) that Hogan made campaign pledges not only that the FSA 2013 law wouldn't be changed, but also that good and substantial wouldn't be changed. Did I hear that right? Did Hogan ever say that, or did Vinny make it up on the fly?

He did not provide any stats and was unwilling to answer any questions. He spent his time filibustering.

True. Every time he was asked a question he kept waffling back to FSA 2013. O'Connor kept trying to rope him back to the topic at hand (G&S and CCW) and Vinnie the Shill would go back to the same drivel.

I'll agree with most that Vinnie is a flapping d-bag, but look at it this way. He is scared! Why come out swinging a week and a half before the bills hit the legislature? Things are changing in this country and inadvertently Obama is helping by being a complete school girl about the threats to Christians and Americans. Watch MN remove the ban at Mall of America. Look at the number of states allowing constitutional carry and open carry.

This doesn't mean we let up, it means we hammer it harder than ever before. I am hoping we get some support by the new SP super during the hearings next month.

    Well put. Ramp it up!!

oh gotcha now. Perhaps if Dblas can get a segment from WMAL, he could do it with Chris. They could call Debarfo and have a spirited debate except Vinnie would dodge, obfuscate and lie like always.

Yes he did. He mentioned something to the effect that "gun deaths" were down 20% and attributed it to FSA (sb281).... It was a dodge to another question.

Gun deaths might be down but according to a tweet today from Justin Fenton "gun violence" is up 8% so far this year.

Deaths are down because SB281 forced retailers to replace lead with gummy bears. Vinnie says so.
