Vote in the primaries for Gansler.
Vote against him in the general.

We also have a legislature that's going to be changing.

I guess as Cantor has shown, there can be unexpected surprises, but the is Maryland. Realistically a Democrat will likely win. I don't know too many who plan on major life changes if that happens. Just continue doing what we're doing.

I actually think Brown has a far greater chance of being defeated in the general election than Gansler.

Think about it. Brown has a "record" *that effects most voters* (Heathcare roll-out, 2nd in command of the tax-n-spend O'Malley administration, etc.) that can be used against him by a Rep challenger. Gansler, OTOH, really doesn't.

I mean, WE know all about him. But your average Democratic Maryland voter knows little to nothing about him - other than "he's a Democrat".

I honestly hope Brown wins the primary. Yeah. It's a big gamble. But it's out best (and probably only) chance to get a Republican back in the Statehouse.

O'MAO shouldn't have been elected, either. Crime in Baltimore, City Hall scandals, Sade Baderinwa, corruption...

Being a Democrat who has been part of something they know of is really all the LIVs need... and goodness knows we have plenty of those.

I look at it this way. The D's are definitely up to something. Why do we need primaries in June? I think it may actually work out for the the conservatives. Tolls and the gas tax is due to increase on July1st. This NEEDS to be where the conservatives hammer the D's in this state. Gansler has said the O'xxxxxx regime has raised too many taxes and created others, but he never says he will repeal or march back any of them. I think Hogan is our best bet. Craig has too many areas to be attacked on and Lollar, while in my book he is solid, he lacks the reputation and recognition. While I hate using race for anything, Lollar needs to build upon the election and re-election of Obozo and ask the MD residents to elect the 1st black governor in the state.

As far as the AG, Frosh has a very dedicated base and has gain thousands by supporting and spearheading the pit bull legislation and the repeal of the pit bull law. I have tried to have some of the animal rescue volunteers I am familiar with examine his other stances, and they just ignore others and are voting to thank him for saving their dogs.

I'd like to get Frosh and Cardin to show their hand and name who they support for Gov. To my knowledge, they have not.

We are leaving as soon as we can muster the energy to do so. I reported in at Fort Meade in Sept 1977 and have witnessed massive changes in the Corridor since that time. I sold residential RE in a four county area from 1985-2000 but saw the most significant change in the landscape since fully retiring in 2000.

The crime, traffic and political airheads all contribute to the decision to depart and head back to our roots in western PA. And living in PG county for the past 30 years has not been pleasant, especially since 2007 when the illegals invaded West Laurel. And a double homicide on the street behind us (16113 Malcolm Drive last year) helped seal the deal.

The area is fast becoming a cesspool, and the smarter ones have already headed "for the hills."

Both Brown and Gansler are bad news bears! And, Frosh, well he's simply a horse's ass. Fruc all of them.
