Howard is the best MD around, made obvious by events like yesterday. He genuinly appreciates his crew and the shooters who come to play. After all without either, it would be just another section of woods with big holes dug into it......

Had a great time, this is only my 2nd time and can't wait for the next one.

Hopefully, the more I do, the better I get!

    Thanks for the opportunity!

Great match, even by York standards, which are always really good. Big thanks to Howard and his crew for running it.

Dude......That was a prime example of "failure to do right" as my grandpaw would say. I have more rounds out of a rifle than most people will shoot in a lifetime. I had a mental dump during that 45 min break between the back and front pits. I identified it and it will not happen again.

    Unacceptable to say the least.

    Offical AAR:

    Sustain: Speed/Accuracy Balance.
Improve: Devise a plan, then STICK TO IT. No more "improvising." Make a plan, rehearse it, then execute your rehearsed plan.

Funny I always come up with a plan and as soon as that timer beeps I forget what the heck it was, the only time one of my plans has ever worked was that one shotgun stage where I combat loaded from my forend shell holder, even Gary asked where I came up with that shell since it was so fast.

    A. Glad you all enjoyed it. I did too. Fun is priority #2 at York.

    B. I accept as much credit as I can share with my dedicated and talented crew.

    C. I am a MD Shooters guy too, what do I have to do to get in the prize pool?

I've been shooting for 3 years and shooting comps for 2. I'm just starting to see improvement. Maybe it will be sooner for you.

F**k that timer! Like I said just above it's been two years and I'm starting to see improvement. I don't really hear the beep anymore, in that way. My biggest improvement has been being able to slow down.
