Have you seen the version with Desert Tan furniture? Looks awesome. Not sure if it's a factory piece or aftermarket treatment but it looks cool!

I think it's a Duracoat or Cerakote finish done aftermarket. Also have seen them in other colors.

Holy Thread Revival!

I sold the Sub 2000 I called out in this thread in 2014 due to buying a house, a surgery for my wife, and the impending birth of our daughter. As such my collecting habit took a backseat to life, and the last firearm acquisition I made was 7 years ago.

Fast forward 7 1/2 years later, now it’s me and my wife along with our two amazing children and more disposable income and here I am again with a new to me Sub 2000 Gen 1- this time thanks to a great deal with a fellow member here (pays to be on MDS late and catch a late night Classifieds posting). Mag was not included in the deal, I had plenty of these already- just looks right when installed for a pic.
