    ok, I own a handgun and possibly and AR already.... and I wanna buy another handgun.... I don't need a HQL, correct?

    My friend who is moving from Florida, who just bought a handgun, WILL have to register it then, right? but will she need a HQL to buy another since she already owns another one?
