    SOLD

I have one that is NOS. It was actually in the warehouse safe an had been forgotten about.

This one has a 20 inch barrel. I may be wrong but I beleive the 18.5 inch barrel is a 6+1 shotgun.

Has some "safe wear" but has never been fired.

    590A1 9-Shot, 590A1 with Ghost Ring Sights
    12 Gauge, 9-Shot, 20" Barrel, Black Synthetic
    "Speed Feed" Stock

    PM if interested.

The 6 shot USAF version has the 18.5 barrel; the 9 shot has the 20" barrel.

I have a 20" A1, it is substantially heavier than a typical sporting Mossberg 500.

You also may want to search under the SPX designation. The A1 was sold through national big box and others in SPX designation as well in the recent iteration of 20" 9 shot, ghost ring sights, integral heat shielding (no external mounted shield needed), bayonet lug, plastic trigger guard (both metal and plastic were sold to .mil so this can be considered correct), fixed but no speed feed stock. Retailed at around $450 or so, which is what I paid in June 2012.

Oh and it is a great choice btw. I love mine as it replaced a standard 500 for HD duty. Only trigger time I've had on it so far was trap shooting which was unique with ghost rings, not too effective though. :)

Hmmm, cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The Ontario and holsters are true military contract and very heavy duty.

True, these are tough little buggers though :innocent0

Bayonets only need to be durable :D

    Been there done that.

    It's kinda over rated. :)

Don't get me wrong, when I wanted a special knife this year I suggested my wife get me a Buck 110, not a rare knife and probably one of the cheaper and most common folders out there, but the damn thing just works and is built in the USA.
