    I was wondering if this reciever's Maryland legal. since I was thinking about buying this and parts to have a ak74 built.

    I get why the reciever, pistol and SBR configurations are MD legal. Can you explain why the rifle would be?

    If AK74s aren't banned would a Tantal or a Beryl Archer in 5.45 be AK74s or what?
