    We have several women that have graduated from our Apprenticeship. Of those several, many have been promoted to supervisory and management positions. Matter of fact, I think most of the supervisors and managers are former Apprentices.
    Friend of mine is a PM for Otis. She's been with them quite awhile now. Takes a special cut of gal to be in the biz.

    In this instance , it's the other way around . You will need to be willing to do lots of manditory OT , the ELES department is always understaffed with big backlogs .

    Been with the department ELES and local 689 for 19 years bus included and have never been ask to do mandatory overtime, there is nothing even written in the contract as such. You do your 8 and skate, not sure where you obtained this info from…
