Well, we hope winter is finally over. :fingerscrossed: You just never can tell out here.

The good news is spring officially begins next week. I've seen a few robins looking for mates and places to nest. AND! The snow we got today didn't even stick to the roadways.

All in all this past winter was very mild. We got lucky and we're ready for green leaves and flowers. Still, there is some charm in late winter snow on the trees...

    :)

I am so sorry. I honestly thought it was safe to bring my wife west of Sidiling Hill. It never fails, we make a trip to this beautiful part of the State and it snows.

Heading to Flintstone tomorrow, there will probably still be snow in our hollow.

I love the snow and even though we had one big storm, I feel a bit cheated this year. So, I put all the snow gear away early this time hoping it would anger the weather gods and get us a late storm.
