What is the issue.....failure to cycle? I was thinking of picking some up for my Remington 1100.

On my semi it seems like the "brass" swells too much and it has a hard time ejecting it or it gets stuck. I haven't tryed it in a pump or break action yet.

I used them in my 870, my 11-87, my 1960s SxS, and my IAC 87, and had to use a cleaning rod to get the shell out after firing. With the FN SLP, it wouldn't cycle the action.
