Unanimous win in Defense Distributed suit in 5th Circuit. More of a 1st Amendment challenge, as NJ had tried to sue to stop the free distribution of files.

Let's see if Grewal takes his lumps or cries to 1 First. En banc in the 5th for this would only give him a nice dissent, or more likely a dissent from denial, "because homemade guns are scary!"
