    As for the Aeroprecision lowers, I've built a couple of ARs on them. Good lowers, anodizing is great. I'd get more if I didn't get a few $64 stripped lowers last weekend :D

    Actually, I won't be making them myself. An ex employee of mine has a 5 axis cnc machine to make them. I'm sure he would love to use your wood to make a set for you as well. Cost is $65 plus any programming for engraving/inlaying etc.

    I'm not willing to recommend him just yet as I have only seen photo's of his work and until I see the real deal, will keep it quiet.

    Please let us know how they turn out. I might be interested in providing some wood for a set as well.:thumbsup:

    Thanks, i would like to see how they turn out. I just picked-up a Sig 1911 and she needs some purty grips!

    I am just about as competent on a keyboard as a cro-magnon,adhd, and dyslexic. So try not to make fun of the handicapped. but to get a set of grips I might be able to find an engraver.
