There is NO reason to enter NJ Ever. Period.

You can use I-81 to bypass NJ to get to New England.

    Brilliant! Thank you.

This is the closest state to 'socialism' in the US, even they hate it:

New Poll Shows What We Already Know
In what should be a surprise to absolutely no one, people hate living in New Jersey. According to a new Quinnipiac survey, 75% of residents of the Armpit of America are unhappy with life in the state. And how many of us Jersey residents are happy here? A mere 2%.

Take UT class, get UT, as it covers the most states.

Based on UT course, you can get FL, needed for FL.

I got VA due to GFSZA. It seems some VA troppers have hassled people with non-VA permits in school zones. Chepa insurance.

NH for PA, not class needed.

I want to add NV, as that adds MN. TX also does, and TX is good for PA also.

    Take your pick.
UT class only gets you FL if your instructor includes live fire.

    NH permit

I am a MD resident and have a Utah CCW. If I want to obtain a NH permit in order to conceal carry in PA, do I need to take a class or can I just download the application and send it in?

    Likewise my current combo .

I know I should pick back up another redundant Permit , for all the usual reasons I recomend. But it has remained back burner for now .

Are you sure PA will honor a non-res NH permit ? Open carry is permitted in PA without a permit.(not in Philly)

I'm planning to get my PA non-res permit this month.

This has been discussed ad nauseum here. PA honors all NH permits. Call the PA AG office if you like.

The whereas is a preamble, not the actual agreement. The actual agreement says:

Be cautioned , the Pa Gov's recent "State of Emergency for Opiod Addiction " * might * effect non-licensed Open Carry . Consult knowledgeable PA 2A sources for latest developments.
