I'll say this.

You will talk to the police 3 times. if you dial 911, the responding officers, and then an investigator.
Aside from telling them initial pertinent emergency info like " The 2nd suspect ran that way, dressed in a blue hoodie" etc... You need to invoke your 5th and wait for your lawyer.

Also, this is a personal thing I will do, is immediately get BAC blood draw. I want no way in hell someone saying booze was involved, especially if leaving a restaurant or whatever. I want to nip that in the bud right there.

I'm baffeled this guy gets any attention...but more power to him.

He gets paid for clicks and creates rhetric.

While his advice isn't awful in the video, I hold opposing views on a lot of the gimmick he spews.

I’ve read two of his books and his credentials seem like they are the reason he gets attention. The guy knows much. He’s been called as an expert witnesses to testify for hundreds of defendants who were charged with crimes after DGU.

Mas is a little bit buffoonish. He’s also pretty impressed with himself.

He’s a no shit expert. Separate the message from the messenger if you must. But he’s definitely who I’d want on the stand as my expert witness. Yep, I’ve paid to enjoy this opinion.

PS…..the old guy can outshoot 95% of the folks in our MDS community. Maybe more.
