I have tried several different optics on my CMMG Banshee pistol but am still not satisfied. I have tried a couple of different tube type Vortex optics, Strikefire and Crossfire, Bushnell AR TRS26, Burris Fast Fire III and a couple I can't remember. I'm looking for a something in 3 to 6 moa, not too heavy with a decent FOV.

I've been looking hard at the aimpoints but haven't pulled the trigger. I had an eotech that I enjoyed

Holosun 510C sitting atop my Ruger PCC (chassis model) at a forward mount. Love the 65 MOA ring around a 2 MOA dot. Seems natural fit for a 9mm chambering in that gun for 50 yd+ shooting. Not a tube style, which has benefits.

I have AimPoints on a couple of rifle caliber builds. My PCCs are shorties, and they just seem too big.

Swampfox Trihawk on my FN P90. Might be a little more accuracy than speed, but I love it.

The HE510C-GR is, IMHO, the best bang for your buck for a PCC right now. Big window, not expensive, gets plenty bright, reasonably tough, factory QD mount, etc. I think the Micro-style optics tend to be a little cluttered in comparison - not unusably so, but not great, either.

I do run Romeo4s on some rimfire rifles, and also one of those SRO-at-home Vector MRDSs on a Scalarworks mount. I think the HS507 Comp is a pretty good choice if you're trying to keep things lightweight - reasonably large window, good sight picture, and it's only 2oz. Oh, and one of them has a C-More Railway. The Railway has a magnificent sight picture and reasonable brightness, but nearly everything else isn't great. YMMV.

Holosun with 2 MOA dot stars out on me due to astigmatism. The only one that works well is the HS407K that I have on my Sig365 as that is a 6 MOA green dot. If C-MORE would come out with a green dot, I would consider it as their changeable modules make them very versatile.

Romeo 5s are my goto for a reliable and inexpensive optic. C-more railway on my competition PCCs, unbeatable sight picture and target awareness being an open top reflex. I do like the EoTech XPS for a combat proven sight, I'm pretty fast with it, and like the field of view, much more rugged than the C-more.

That looks similar to the mount I use on my PA SLx 1X Micro Prism.

I honestly don't like anything higher than about 1.7" unless I'm shooting under night vision. I have a few guns with optics at 2.26" that I shoot reasonably well, but the lack of a solid cheek weld is an impediment.
