I should know this but I'm not certain and search is not my friend. But what will keep you from getting a firearm or losing your firearms in Maryland? I know a felony conviction will.
Also some misdemeanors, depending on the "possible" sentence

If the Democrats had their way, farting in public and failure to bow to the supreme leader, Barry-O would be among the many disqualifies.

The misdemeanor part, is it a conviction or two years or three years? Any misdemeanor or a certain type?
I believe it's a conviction for any misdemeanor that carries a possible sentence of 2 years or more (regardless of the actual sentence received)

Wont be long until they add ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) as disqualifying mental health
    http://www.webmd.com/mental-health/oppositional-defiant-disorder
    Symptoms of ODD may include:

    Throwing repeated temper tantrums
    Excessively arguing with adults
Actively refusing to comply with requests and rules
Deliberately trying to annoy or upset others, or being easily annoyed by others
    Blaming others for your mistakes
Having frequent outbursts of anger and resentment
    Being spiteful and seeking revenge
    Swearing or using obscene language
Saying mean and hateful things when upset
