250lbs of lead bullet alloy for 0$. I finally got around to finishing my task of smelting 4 buckets of wheel weight and 1 bucket of 50/50 solder. 2 buckets of nice pretty ingots is a beautiful sight. Now I just need to find the time to start casting bullets.

I have about 250 pounds already made into H&G 130 bullets...now that's a sight to love. Half of them already loaded for this years matches. I'd love to have another 250 pounds. :D

What are you going to cast them into?

You can't say "What a beautiful sight" on an internet board without pics. It's a good thing FPS doesn't reload or we'd be looking at 500# chicks skinny dipping right now.

melted down part of a crane counter weight about 700 lbs on my parts last year to be used in making rounds for 454 round ball---54 cal sharps---58 cal musket. after melting into 1lb ingots they went into 30 cal ammo cans ( 50 cal cans where just too heavy when full )

How did you get a picture of my ex-wife?

As soon as I find the time, I'll be casting 200gr thumbtacks for the .45ACP, 200gr Elmer Keith's for the .44 Magnum, and 535gr Postell for the .45-120.

I'll try to get a picture of my pile of ingots this weekend.
