Just got a stainless Ruger 10/22, I want to dress it up a little and add a flash hider.

Should I get a stainless one or a blued one?

I'm going to add a Williams peep sight also, it will be blue. Should I also add a blue flash hider to make a little more uniform aesthetically?

I think both being blued would match or one stainless and one blued will have a nice two toned use

Stainless flash hider. I've never liked blued hider on stainless. It makes you look cheap. IMHO

Check out the Tech Sights also. Just put a set on my daughters 10/22 today and had plenty of fun with already. They are pretty nice and install nice and easy and are really accurate. They shipped really quick also.

I used one of the Nodak units with a tech sight front for a while. I needed a different front post than the one tech sight provided. I don't remember if it was taller or shorter. The Nodak sight allowed a cowitness with a small red dot.

Tech sight now makes one that attaches to the stock 10/22 rail and allows enough room for a small red dot.

Thanks to all for your input, I've decided to go with the peep site due to it's low profile and the stainless flash hider.
