Waiting After Changing Glock Sights?

Do you need to wait before firing a Glock after changing its sights?

Most manufacturers recommend at least 2-3 hours to let the locktite fully harden

I would personally wait a day. I use Loctite on a daily basis and it usually takes a full 24 hours to set up properly.

Rather wait than be impatient and have to re-do it (or take it back to whoever put it on to re-do it).
