W&C renewal in Carroll County recommendation

So my permit expires in August and I need to do a renewal. Plus my HQL is going to expire this year (can't believe it has been a decade already since the FSA). Now that we are post Bruen, my wife also wants to take a class and get her first permit.

I liked the guy that did my original course, but they don't offer them regularly. I reached out to him and he said that he would call me when they get another course together, but that has been a while now and I don't want to wait until the last minute to get the training in. Can anyone recommend a good instructor in Carroll or Baltimore County? Since it will be two of us this time, I'd like to not pay through the nose, but price is a secondary consideration. Thanks.

Look up The safe shooter . Just did my class with Josh great guy with a lot of knowledge he holds class out of the beaver run fish and game club right off 91.

Haven't trained with spartan yet (I'm taking an advanced concealed carry class that they are offering with Lebrun in April) but multiple people on this board have spoken well of them. Also, my brief conversation with Mr Duffy led me to feel confident in signing up blind.

I'm a QHIC so I don't need the class but I am glad to hear another endorsement of their business. I'm going because the class blends combatives and shooting. That's not easy to find.

I’ll throw another recommendation to geared up, small business, super friendly. Just research retail prices before buying anything from their cases
