Is there a tally on who voted how in the Senate and the House?

Here is Del Murphy's response that I received this morning. Note, he was a co-sponsor of the House Bill but fialed to vote. He must have felt a little pressure. Jameson had said that she was against it and did not vote.

    Dear Friends,

As you may know, Senate Bill 281, the Firearms Safety Act of 2013, passed the House of Delegates by a vote of 78-61. The bill was passed without my support as well as the other members of the Charles County Delegation. This vote followed many hours of debate and opinions concerning all aspects of the bill. Because there were a number of amendments placed on the Senate version of the bill by the House of Delegates, the bill must now go to a conference committee to resolve any differences.

The conference committee is made up of members of both the House and Senate. If an agreement is reached, the bill will be forwarded to Governor O’Malley for his signature.

Once again, thank you for your participation and interest in this legislation and for the opportunity to serve you in the Maryland House of Delegates.

    With kind regards,

    Peter F. Murphy
    Charles County, District 28
