Hey folks so i'll spare you the boring details but i need some ideas on where i could possibly hold a small conference in the Major Baltimore metro. (max 15 miles outside city limits).
It's a technology conference for about 250 people. Must have 4 separate rooms that will hold up to 50 people each. A/V equipment. Decent size communal area as well is a plus.(for lunch and such).
Doesn't have to be free, but doesn't hurt. (maybe a technology firm looking to sponsor a location or something).
budget is probably 3k or less for one full Saturday in August. Anyone have any ideas or better yet leads on possible accommodations?
