    I made a pack of the Italian sausage tonight. Cooked in a Can Cooker with beer for the liquid in the pot. Added in green peppers and onions. Great taste and tender. It is different than all pork sausage, but great taste. I will be making more sausage!

    Awesome glad it turned out, I hopefullywill have some deer in the ground soon to try. Thanks for the update
