That SW corner has a permanent gateway with four steps down to the street that was locked shut today in a manner that can only be regarded as criminally dangerous (see Not An Outlaws pic of this elsewhere) but the result was that these blocked steps now became an ideal elevated stage for us to use.

I was immediately joined there by ‘04 Cummins and Mdeng and his wife and they grabbed signs and a Betsy Ross flag to get started while I assembled some pipe frames that held our PP and “Don’t Tread On Me” banners.

I saw a guy with a sign saying he was from Michigan. Amazing event today.

The few pictures I took and tried to post all come out upside down. Gotta figure that one out.

Try going back to your pic and do an “edit” function of any kind on it: crop it, resize it, straighten it; this seems to tell the electrons which way is up, and it should post as you have edited it in the proper orientation.

Try going back to your pic and do an “edit” function of any kind on it: crop it, resize it, straighten it; this seems to tell the electrons which way is up, and it should post as you have edited it in the proper orientation.

I messed with it a little bit but couldn't get it right. I'll mess with it again tomorrow.

Thank you Stoveman for a long day of working to save the 2A Rights of fellow Americans!

Banners assembled, I hopped up on a folding step-stool behind the PP banner to sign wave with my MDS/PP compatriots to this massive crowd.

Now, thanks to the elevation, the crowd became an “audience” for us, apparently delighted by our sign messages and eager to snap pics of our signs.

They would motion to me to hold them higher, or angle it more, or: now show me the other sign too!
