I urge you to SUPPORT HB 1582 and HB 1432!
HB 1582, Delegate Campbell, allows active duty or honorably discharged military members who are over 18 and under 21 to apply for a Virginia concealed handgun permit. This bill protects our military members, who are under an all too real threat from terrorists. As a side benefit, HB 1582 will also ensure that Georgia will honor Virginia concealed handgun permits.
HB 1432, Delegate Ware, allows a handy tool, the switchblade knife, to be carried concealed for certain lawful purposes, including use in employment and recreational activities.
