Theoretically yes. Providing state agencies (such as MSP's failure to enter the MoCo shooters information correctly) do their job properly, yes if a felon attempts to purchase a firearm with their legitimitate gov't issued ID then they will be disapproved.

Terrorists I'm not so sure as the Terror Watch List is a secret list and it's currently unknown if its information is entered into NICS.

They aren't Terrorists if they're only on a watch list. They're just being watched. Would DoJ label anybody a "terrorist" without filing charges?

As to the felons being disapproved, your point about competence applies to any law or government action -- it's always only as good and effective as those enforcing it. The point is that the rules and mechanism IS there for FFL sales, so her question is based on the entirely false hypothetical premise that "if" no background checks are done by an FFL when he makes a sale...

I'm afraid that people without scruples will abuse their media power with lies and deception that mislead enough lib lemmings that guns are the problem...and that a socialist president, congress, and Supreme Court will radically amend or dissolve the 2nd amendment.

I'm afraid at the bottom of the slippery slope that your p-ss poor reporting has lubricated, the majority of law-abiding citizens will one-day be under-armed or unarmed.

I'm afraid that our government is growing big enough to temporarily give it's citizens everything they want...and will then be powerful enough to take it all away.

I'm afraid that "other people's money" that Bernie and Hillary can't wait to spend is fast running out, leaving our country bankrupt and vulnerable to attack and takeover from those who want to eradicate America and its people.

Check out the Youtube clip from Cowboy T in post #52, from VCDL's original raw audio. At 1:38 and about 25 seconds, the producers make up a convenient excuse to be sure they get 10 seconds of silence. I'm betting they planned the deceptive editing from the beginning.
