Is this legislation or scorched earth policy? Really, this is just stick it to them while we can.

From their actions, that has to be the tactic they collectively agreed on. It seems nothing is tempering their choices. I'll keep sending letters and showing up but it seems the real action is on sanctuary proclamations and the next elections.
