OK, I had a scheduled delivery from AIM for tomorrow and I was called in for an afternoon work meeting. Hitting "change delivery" gets you to the option to create a "UPS MY CHOICE" login account.
With this account you can redirect the packages to will call or reschedule it. I signed up and my package did not show up immediately so I called Customer service and they said I had to wait 90 minutes. I had them redirect the package to Will call on the phone.
I went ahead and paid the $40 per year for more features because through my wife's work, I have many deliveries anyway.
It tells you if you have incoming packages even if you are not notified by the shipper. I found this out when it alerted me 15 minutes ago that SOG sent me a package on the 8th and was due tomorrow. I don't recall SOG sending me an email!
