    How is that possible? They are that different than a standard M4 ?

    The barrel is just thicker. That's all. Otherwise it's functionally the same. The only difference is the M4 barrel has the notch in it to accept the m203 grenade launcher, and good luck finding one of those. Looks to me like those all mount on rails now, at least the ones Spikes tactical sells.

    On a different note, you B.G.O.S. guys can all stick that up your collective asses. Cowering in fear of saying what we can still do or buy serves absolutely no damn purpose whatsoever. :mad54:

    What's to stop the enemy from figuring that out on their own anyhow?

    Uh, no.

    All "normal" ARs have the barrel reduced in diameter under the handguard to reduce weight.

    HBAR are full diameter or even oversized under the handguard.

    Normal left, HBAR right.
