Gun owners in Delaware are now being forced to turn in their “large-capacity” magazines to law enforcement following the passage of the “Delaware Large Capacity Magazine Prohibition Act of 2022” in June of this year.

This is an odd statement, seems you have to provide proof you are a resident and cannopt get money if you refuse to provide ID.

    Here's the kicker:

Delawareans providing valid identification for proof of residency may receive:

    • LCM 18 to 30 Rounds – $15
    • LCM 31 or greater round – $25
    • LCM Drums – $80

    Oh, you big cynic, you!

They should adopt the New York State response. WNNC! . . . and apply for a TRO until their court case gets the law smacked down.

I saw that part and I am wondering why they are exempt. Does anyone actually CC with a magazine larger than 17 rounds?
I don't live in DE but I CC a P320 M17 with a 17 rounder in the pistol and two 21 rounders in mag carriers. :innocent0
