    Honestly, I only expect my cadets to shoot as good as they are able. If they shoot their personal best but fail to win any honors at the match, I'm still happy because I know they did their best. Now if they shoot 20 or 30 points below their average and there isn't any mechanical reason (i.e. the rifle and equipment is in perfect working order) then we have work to do.
