They probably got the guns from the Fast and furious gun scandal. The ATF under the supervision of the Attorney General Eric Holder allowed thousands of guns to be sold to illegal people. They have no idea where the guns went. One thing for sure if that is where the guns came from they won't report it.

Criminals obtain guns outside of legal methods. Change laws making it illegal to obtain guns outside of legal methods.
