You can convert you Mosin to fully-semi-automatic by simply removing the bolt handle.

It actually works, but a little finicky. You have to help the cylinder spin a little. Can't say how well the cylinder aligns with the barrel...

That's a pretty good left hand conversion, but messed up a historic firearm. When you can usually find common left hand bolt action rifles at good prices.
